Gonzalez Twins forego senior seasons with UNLV basketball to pursue greener pastures

Basketball fans who enjoyed watching Dakota and Dylan Gonzalez hoop it up at the at the Thomas & Mack Center in years past, had to look elsewhere this season to catch the pulchritudinous pair in action. The Gonzalez Twins decided to leave the UNLV Lady Rebels hoops team — and, by extension, the NCAA’s restrictive rules — to pursue their professional singing aspirations.

The sisters released their debut EP Take 1 this past summer under the name IIGonz. The singing duo is now hard at work on music videos to accompany their smooth-playing tracks.

While waiting for the music videos to drop, you can still admire the twins’ artistic stylings on Instagram, where the sisters enjoy a massive following including the likes of Drake.

Dakota Gonzalez can by followed on Instagram at misss_kota, while sister Dylan posts under the moniker miss_dyl. Both women have accumulated more than one million followers on the popular photo-and-video sharing social network.
