Groundbreaking performances by Jessie Graf and Jesse LaBreck on the past season of American Ninja Warrior have inspired young girls coast-to-coast to up their game.
But what happens when you’ve mastered every obstacle at the local playground? If you’re like five-year-old Lylah MacCall, you get your doting daddy to build you your very own customized backyard course.
Gavin MacCall went all out in constructing a course complete with quintuple steps, balance beam, teeter log, cargo climb, shed roof, zip line, hanging steps (shown above), log thingys, and finally a warped wall.

American Ninja Warrior commentator Matt Iseman responded to Lylah’s viral video with a Twitter post.
“This young woman has it all. If Jesse Graf is Wonder Woman, she may well be Super Girl. I have a feeling we're going to be hearing a lot of things about Lylah in the future.”
DREAM INTO ACTION
What does it take to build your own personal Ninja Warrior course? About four months, a goodly amount of free materials, and lots of elbow grease.
Step 1: Make a Plan. ✔️
Step 2: Craigslist 'Free' for materials. ✔️

Step 3: Build!!Posted by Gavin MacCall on Monday, May 30, 2016
The four-by-eight foot cargo net was fashioned from 280 feet of 3/4 inch poly rope. Gavin anticipated it would take a while to tie all the knots, and it did — eight hours!
TWO OF A KIND
Of course an obstacle course isn’t any good unless you have a daredevil like Lylah to test it out. And, of course, an occasional Slurpee is mandatory to celebrate course records.
