The Seattle Seahawks hosted a private shindig this past Thursday to distribute Super Bowl rings amongst their grinning group of gridiron greats. From the pictures to emerge on social media after the affair, it appears approval of the design was unanimous.

Each Tiffany & Co. ring carries the player’s name, and is inscribed on the inside with: SEA 43 DEN 8. LEAVE NO DOUBT. 24/7 WHAT’S NEXT? What’s next, if the Seahawks have their way, is another ring ceremony same time next year.
Coach Pete Carroll and QB Russell Wilson posed for double-fisted Instagram photo (below). If you squint your eyes, it almost looks like the fists belong to Carroll’s wife.
BEARER OF THE RINGS
Elsewhere on Instagram, the future Mrs. A.J. McCarron stole some of the Seahawks’ thunder with an impromptu ring ceremony of her own. Katherine Webb loaded up her left hand with her fiancée’s seven championship rings and posed for a selfie. The hand that rules isn’t so heavy after all.
For those keeping count, the rings are the booty from the McCarron-led Crimson Tide’s three BCS National Championships, two SEC Championships and two SEC Western Division titles.
