If you have been whiling away your weekend wondering how much weight Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III can squat, then while no more. The answer is six reps at 405 pounds.

In total, Griffin squats 2,430 pounds over the course of his set in the video. Put another way, that’s just 182 pounds less than the combined weight of the other Redskins offensive starters (RB Alfred Morris: 218, WR Pierre Garcon: 212, WR DeSean Jackson: 175, WR Andre Roberts: 195, TE Jordan Reed: 243, LT Trent Williams: 325, LG Shawn Lauvao: 315, C Kory Lichtensteiger: 284, RG Spencer Long: 320, RT Morgan Moses: 325).

“Robert Griffin III is the starter. There will be no competition.”
— Redskins coach Jay Gruden
