Tomorrow night in Brooklyn, WWE United States Champion John Cena will face off in SummerSlam’s main event against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. Prior to his date in the squared circle, Cena appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers to talk about his role in the comedy Train Wreck.
SERVING TEA IN A TUTU
Perhaps owing to his loose fitting suit pants, Cena’s wallet was left behind (unintentional pun) on his chair after the interview. When Meyers went to return the wallet, he discovered a tutu-clad Cena serving tea to a couple of stuffed animals. Awkwardness ensued…
500TH WISH GRANTED
Aside from his lapse in the tutu, Cena’s tough guy persona and “Never Give Up” motto are tailor made for giving sick kids hope while facing life-threatening medical conditions. As the Make a Wish Foundation’s most requested celebrity, Cena recently fulfilled wish No. 500.
