ROCKY IV WORKOUT ROUTINE

Like all of the Rocky movies, Rocky IV includes the hero’s training regimen set to heart-pumping music.

Theatrically, the montage os scenes is set in Krasnogourbinsk, Russia, but the actual shooting was done in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Grand Teton National Park.

Rocky’s wintry training camp leading up to his fight with Drago, continues to inspire workout enthusiasts — like fitness trainer Eero Westerberg, who took to the snow to recreate Stallone’s tour de force.

Legendary Olympian Michael Phelps, who was born in the year Rocky IV was released, compared the farm cabin from the movie to the “dojo” at the Baltimore swimming club where he trained for years.
