‘American Ninja Warrior’ concluded Monday night with two contestants ascending to heights never before achieved in the show’s seven-year history. Both Geoff Britten and Isaac Caldiero made it to the top of Mt. Midoriyama in Las Vegas.
GEOFF BRITTEN THRILLS ON STAGE 3
Shortly after rock climber Caldiero became the first ever American ninja to complete Stage 3 of the Finals course, Geoff Britten did likewise with a thrilling run that was completed by the tip of his toe.
FIRST AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR
After having his Popeye-esque forearms thoroughly pumped out on Stage 3, Britten shook them out before becoming the first competitor to attempt Stage 4. Incredibly, he completed the 75-foot rope climb with just .35 seconds remaining on the 30-second timer.

FIRST NINJA MILLIONAIRE
Caldiero got to take on Stage 4 after Britten, by virtue of having posted the faster time on Stage 3. The part-time busboy at The Kitchen in Boulder, Colorado, flew up the rope to Mt. Midoriyama’s summit in just over 26 seconds with girlfriend and fellow rock-climber/ninja Laura Kisana breathlessly looking on.
Owing to his faster time on Stage 4, Caldiero — one of the least materialistic athletes in any sport — claimed the $1 million dollar prize and a permanent spot in the sport’s history books.
